Fallon wearing a The Jean Scene tee (circa 1973). It was originally produced by Steven and Vicki’s father for his jean stores located on Canal Street in New Orleans. Roughly twenty five years later while hanging in the window of a vintage clothing store in New York City, it was spotted and purchased by Steven and Vicki’s brother while they were working on opening the first jeantherapy store.

How would you describe your style?

Basic, mix and match. The only pattern in my closet is stripes – everything else is solids.

What’s your favorite pair of jeans?

My genetics jeggings with the zipper at the ankle. They are supper comfortable.

What makes the “perfect” pair?

Something that’s comfortable and preferably a dark wash because it’s easy to go from day to night.

Where would you wear this outfit?

I think this is very day or night. I would wear this to lunch with friends and also to an after-work cocktail hour or to a movie.

How would you describe your style?

I would say “urban chic,” meaning I do a lot of tailored clothing but it has more of an urban hip-hop feel to it.

What’s your favorite pair of jeans?

The Hudson boot-cut

What makes the “perfect” pair?

If it fits tight and the fabric is soft enough to loosen up as I wear it; basically I like my jeans to be functional.

Where would you wear this outfit?

Anywhere, actually – to go get a drink or to a movie or even going out.

How would you describe your style?

Random; it depends on my mood. Some days I’m really girly and some days I like to dress really laid back and casual.

What’s your favorite pair of jeans?

J-Brand – I love every style I’ve tried. I have more of these jeans than any other.

What’s the most important thing to look for when finding that perfect pair of jeans?

You have to be comfortable in them. When I buy something, I always think of multiple ways I can wear it instead of just one particular outfit; so something versatile.

Where would you wear this outfit?

Pretty much anywhere. During the day hanging out with friends, and I could also take it into the evening with a pair of wedges. This would be a good date outfit without being too over the top.
