HOLIDAY POLICY!
Exchanges may be made in-store by January 15, 2024. If a store is not within driving distance, items can be shipped back with a return/exchange form.
Store Credit or Exchange Only
Except for shipped items--non-local customers may get a refund for items shipped back to the store by January 15, 2024!
HARD MARKED SALE ITEMS ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE!
Jeantherapy has the right to deny or refuse an exchange/store credit based on the returned condition.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping will not be refunded on return items.
Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.
