Shipping Policy
USPS Priority Mail Standard Shipping: Orders will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Overnight Shipping: Please contact us at (504)897-5535 or shop@jeantherapy.com for rates of overnight shipping.
- In Store pickups: Orders placed M-F 10:00am-6:00pm will be ready within 24 hours and the customer will be contacted when order is ready for pick up.
While we do all we can to ensure your ordered is delivered on time, Jeantherapy cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, stolen or damaged packages, lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information, or late packages due to USPS.
